About our Commercial Waste Services
Red Kite Recycling has been trading since 2007 and provides nationwide commercial waste management services to companies with multiple sites and waste streams, with a requirement to co-ordinate and comply with environmental legislation and record keeping.
We started by servicing the needs of double glazing companies but have since expanded our commercial waste management services into other industries and now handle all commercial waste streams.
How we serve our commercial waste customers
The EU Waste Framework Directive provides the legislative framework for the collection, transport, recovery and disposal of waste, and includes a common definition of waste. The Environment Agency and the Scottish Environment Protection Agency are responsible for its enforcement within the UK.
Our business manages the collection, disposal and recycling process across all waste streams on behalf of our clients. We provide them with one monthly bill detailing all of the movements across all of their sites. The client has the ability to access the same report online, along with other essential information to help manage their waste spend efficiently.
How we do it
The waste streams we handle include chemical, hazardous, construction, manufacturing, and confidential. We can also rebate for plastics, metals and cardboard. We can work with your existing suppliers or our own local and national companies as required.
Plus, there are no lengthy contracts. There is an initial four week agreement. We are confident that the service we provide will keep you with us, adding value to the process of waste management through our servicing, reporting and compliance, leaving you free to do what you do best.
